Guest Chefs Take to Meijer Food Stage at
Grand Rapids International Wine & Food Festival


(GRAND RAPIDS, Mich) – A full menu of culinary demonstrations will take place on the Meijer Food Stage at the 2nd Annual Grand Rapids International Wine & Food Festival. The pre-holiday celebration takes place November 12-14 inside the elegance of the 40,000-square-foot Steelcase Ballroom inside DeVos Place in downtown Grand Rapids.

 

The Meijer Food Stage, furnished by Williams Kitchen, features 45-minute in-depth discussions and tastings, focused on specific topics. The stage will be set up in the northern corner of the Riverfront Market area facing the Grand River. This year’s line-up includes:

 

Thursday, November 12
6:30pm    Tin Foil Chef - Competition featuring the on-air talent from Regent Broadcasting\

Friday, November 13

In addition to the Meijer Food Stage, a series of 15-minute food workshops will be held on a stage at the southern corner of the Riverfront Market. This schedule will be announced at a later date.
