All show attendees can register to win a Polar Kraft 150T with Yamaha Outboard and Trailer from Freeway Sports Center, PLUS a 24-month lease on a Dodge Ram Quad Cab 4WD Bighorn from Tamaroff Dodge!

Winner must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid Michigan driver’s license.  Winner is responsible for all taxes (sales and income), registration, security deposit, plates, insurance, fuel, mileage overages, and excessive wear and tear. Lease is on a Dodge Ram Quad Cab 4WD Bighorn. Winner must qualify for Chrysler Financial one pay lease. This is a 24-month, 10,500 miles-per-year lease. No cash value on vehicle. Boat, motor & trailer sales and income taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Drawing will take place Sunday, January 13, 2008 at the Ultimate Fishing Show Detroit at the Rock Financial Showplace. Entries must be received by January 13, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. No photocopies or reproductions of entry blank accepted. Need not be present to win.

Passport Service

Get registered for a Passport at the Ultimate Fishing Show!

Plainfield Charter Township in Belmont Michigan will process U.S. Passport applications at the Ultimate Fishing Show.  Show patrons who bring their original Birth Certificate with a raised seal to the Will Call booth at the show will receive a FREE admission pass to the Show!  Applicants must also produce evidence of identity, such as a driver's license.  Officials will process the application and provide Passport photos.  Fees are as follows:

Age 16 and over - $67 for the Passport fee ($52 for those under 16), payable to U.S. Dept. of State, plus a $30 Execution fee payable to Plainfield Twp.  Passport photos are $8, payable to Plainfield Twp.

Scores of Canadian outfitters, lodges and travel destinations are in the show.  Anglers planning foreign travel can apply for their Passport and get FREE admission to Michgan's largest Fishing Show at the same time.

Eppinger Limited Edition Lures

The first 500 lucky attendees to the Ultimate Fishing Show - Detroit on Thursday and Friday will receive a FREE commemorative Dardevle fishing lure courtesy of Eppinger Mfg.  Eppinger is a 4th generation family owned Michigan fishing lure manufacturer with a century long history of producing the world famous Dardevle.  These special lures bear the logo of the show and a special run has been produced just for this event.  Make sure to attend early to secure this valuable collectors item.  Factory experts from Eppinger will be at the show every day to answer questions.

WDTW Virtual Fishing Simulator Competition

WDTW will host a competition on the Virtual Fishing Simulator at the show.  The Grand Prize winner will receive a Garmin Street Pilot C550 car navigation system.  Listen to WDTW, the FOX 106.7FM, for details on how to pre-qualify to compete and scheduled times.

WDTW will broadcast live from the Ultimate Shore Lunch at the show:

          • Friday, January 11           3pm-7pm
      • Saturday, January 12     10am-4pm

Bobbing for Trout Competition

WRIF will be at the show to host the 2nd Annual Bobbing for Trout Competition!  The contest will take place on Saturday, January 12th at 3pm.  The grand prize winner will recieve the Ultimate Manistee Charter Fishing Getaway, which includes lodging at the Little River Casino / Hotel for 2 nights, a casino package and a 1/2 day charter fishing trip onboard Trout Scout III with Captain Gary Schaefer!  Listen to WRIF for details on how to qualify to compete.

WRIF will broadcast live from the show on Saturday, January 12 from 10am-3pm.

3rd Annual Raft Race

WDFN will be at the show to host the 3rd Annual Raft Race on Lake Ultimate!  The competition will take place on Friday, January 11 at 6pm.  The Grand Prize winner will receive a $400 Gift Certificate to KD Outdoors!  Listen to WDFN for details on how to qualify to compete.

Catching Competition

WSCX FM will be at the show to host a Catching Competition on Lake Ultimate!  The contest will be held on Friday at 3pm.  The grand prize winner will win a one week stay at the Pine Bluff Resort in Michigan's upper Peninsula in a custom lake view home that sleeps 8 people!  Listen to WCSX FM for details on how to qualify to compete.
