EXHIBITORS MAKE SUMMERTIME HAPPEN AT THE

COTTAGE & LAKEFRONT LIVING SHOW

NOVI, Mich. – Feb. 28, 2019 – The Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi is home to the Cottage & Lakefront Living Show bringing exhibitors together with preseason purchasing and planning for property and vacation homeowners and those looking to buy, build, rent or maintain their cottage, cabin or lakefront home, Thurs. Feb. 28 through Sun. Mar. 3.

Here is an overview of what can be found at the show:

  • Beachroller of Crosslake, Minn. will feature a simple and easy-to-use lake weed removal hand tool to cut lake weeds in shallow to deep water and hard-to-reach dock areas and snow roof rake and beach rake attachments.
  • Beauchamp Water Treatment & Supply of Brighton will exhibit water treatment products including softeners, chemical-free air injection oxidizing filtration systems for removing rust and reverse osmosis drinking water systems.
  • CanadaDocks, Inc. of Beeton, Ontario, Canada will exhibit a lightweight modular dock system and an access platform that attaches to the side of a dock allowing easy access to canoes and kayaks.
  • Closets By Design of Oxford will display custom organizational systems for closets, pantries, home offices, garage cabinets and flooring, hobby centers, laundry rooms, basements and wall beds.
  • DIY Solar For U of Troy will exhibit their solar charge controllers manufactured for solar panel use, on and off the grid, to extract every last watt of power available under all conditions including partially shady or cloudy days.
  • Freeride Marine of White Lake will provide information on their jet ski and boat repair and display trailers for jet skis, boats, kayak and paddle boards.
  • Freshwater Vacation Rentals of Wyandotte, a property management company, will provide information on how they help owners of cottages, cabins and luxury homes rent out their space to guests looking for properties on or within blocks of fresh water in Michigan.
  • Future Vision of Saginaw will be providing information about a direct-broadcast satellite provider for cottages and cabins.
  • LakeMat.com of Caledonia will display lightweight, easy-to-install, year-round mats for controlling lake weeds, increasing walkability on mucky lake bottoms and to hold lifts and boats firm and level in soft lake soil.
  • Laser Mark-It of Memphis will display laser-engraved wood signs, cedar wood Michigan-shaped mirrors and cut-outs and plasma metal art.
  • Overhead Door and Fireplace will display a fire pit table for patios and decks, cedar wood-tone finish plank-style garage door and LED garage door opener.
  • Paddle North of Minneapolis, Minn. will display standup paddleboards, inflatable paddleboards and kayaks and a rigid inflatable kayak that packs into a backpack.
  • The Pond Place of Michigan of Milford will provide information on available pond services including sea wall installation, aeration systems, spring start-ups, servicing, seasonal closing, cleaning, repair, building and consultations.
  • Renewal by Andersen of Livonia will display their energy-efficiency, home improvement, design and custom full-service repair.
  • TT&C Beaches of Howell will provide information on lake bottom restoration to create solid, sandy bottoms for inland lakes without disturbing landscaping or yards.
  • Twin Bay Docks & Products of Traverse City will feature diamond-patterned docks, dock-mounted kayak racks, stand up paddleboard racks, flag pole kits and benches.
  • Vinyl Sash of Flint will display windows, patio rooms, bathrooms and siding for improving cottages, cabins and lakefront property.
  • Weathergard Window of Oak Park will exhibit commercial-grade windows for enhancing cottages, cabins and lakefront property.
  • Woodhaven Log & Lumber of Mio will have pine and cedar log siding, pine, cedar and aspen paneling, pine flooring, trim and corners, barnwood and Adirondack siding on display.
  • Wooden Dream Homes of Saline will feature old wood surfacing and their designing and developing of log and timber frame homes.

Additional exhibits with displays, information and educational materials include lakefront cottage and homebuilders, new construction log, timber frame and cedar homes, realtors, vacation property for sale or rent, rustic and fine furnishings and decor, shoreline and cottage landscaping, lakeshore maintenance, docks, decking systems, seawalls, outdoor recreational equipment, stand-up paddleboards, financing, along with many other products and services.

 

Suburban Collection Showplace is located at 46100 Grand River Ave. between Novi and Beck Road in Novi, Mich. Show hours are from 1 – 9 p.m. Thursday; 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Friday; 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $12; $5 for children 6-14 and children 5 and under admitted free.
