EXHIBITORS MAKE SUMMERTIME HAPPEN AT

THE COTTAGE & LAKEFRONT LIVING SHOW

 

NOVI, Mich. – Feb. 27, 2020 – The Cottage & Lakefront Living Show is the preseason event that brings exhibitors together for property and vacation homeowners and those looking to buy, build, rent or maintain their cottage, cabin or lakefront home, Thurs. Feb. 27 through Sun. Mar. 1 at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi.

 

Here is an overview of what can be found at the show:

 

Mid Valley Structures Inc. of Michigan will exhibit two cabins along with a full line of outdoor structures including gazebos, pavilions, garages and sheds that can be assembled on site or fully-built at the factory and moved in place.

 

Wooden Dream Homes of Saline will display a timber frame structure, solid log wall profiles, their design and manufacturing capability of timber frames, post and beam and log homes and their old wood surfacing ability to make new wood look like antique barn wood.

 

Woodhaven Log & Lumber of Mio will feature Northern Michigan pine log siding and knotty pine and barnwood paneling.

 

Structures Wood Care, Inc. of Nisswa, MN will exhibit translucent, exterior wood finishes including alkyd oil-based formulation for an old-world look, industrial grade acrylic finish and a deck finish.

 

North Kent Marine LLC will exhibit a lift that makes boat lifts float, providing maneuverability of the lift in the water for moving to shore and floating onto the trailer for towing to a storage location.

 

Waters Edge Dock & Hoist of Howell will exhibit boat lifts designed for small inland lake boats to large Great Lakes and ocean vessels, boat decks and steel, galvanized and hardscaped block seawalls.

 

Advanced Lakefront Services of White Lake will feature marine construction, docks, shoreline protection, beaches, boat wells, seawall repairs and steel, vinyl, wood and rip-rap seawalls.

 

CanadaDocks, Inc. of Beeton, Ontario, Canada will exhibit floating and standing lightweight modular dock system and an access platform that attaches to the side of a dock allowing easy access to canoes and kayaks.

 

Michigan Marine Construction of South Lyon will exhibit steel and decorative concrete block seawalls, docks, boat lifts and lake bottom and beach sanding.

 

TT&C Beaches of Howell will provide information on lake bottom restoration to create solid, sandy bottoms for inland lakes without disturbing landscaping or yards.

 

C & L Ward of Davison will display composite decking in various styles and colors.

 

Freshwater Vacation Rentals of Michigan, a property management company, will provide information on how they help owners of cottages, cabins and luxury homes rent out their space to guests looking for properties on or within blocks of fresh water in Michigan.

 

Paddle North of Grand Rapids will display standup paddleboards, inflatable paddleboards, kayaks, rigid inflatable kayaks that packs into a backpack and an inflatable utility dock that can be used as a swim platform or dock extension.

 

Aqua Lily Pad of Willoughby, OH will display a portable floating island suitable for water activities.

 

Alpine Land Surveying, Inc. will feature land survey services, such as boundaries, topographic surveys and site plan drawings, and assisting homeowners in eliminating or reducing the cost of flood insurance.

 

Axis Estate Planning of Troy will feature information on their estate planning services including living trusts, wills, probate, trust administration, asset protection, cottage trusts, elder care law and special needs planning.

 

Mosquito Relief of Brighton will provide information on mosquito control services for homeowners to enjoy their property during the summer months.

 

Beauchamp Water Treatment Solutions of Waterford will exhibit water treatment services and equipment for city or well water including hard, smelly or rusty water issues or lead, PFOS and other contaminants.

 

Golden Needle Awnings of Gaines will exhibit retractable awnings and motorized and manual exterior drop shades used for windows, doors or any home opening.

 

Krahn of Imlay City will show outdoor modular sectionals with the ability to choose the layout and style of your outdoor sofa and custom color combinations for the frame and cushions.

 

Moon Valley Rustics of Monroe will display outdoor and indoor rustic furniture including lawn swings, lawn chairs, benches, tables, dog beds, double gliders and metal art log beds.

 

Total Comfort Swings of St. Louis, MO will display zero-gravity designed outdoor swings.

 

Xtremetals of Swartz Creek will exhibit fun and functional metal art including a portable table with personality and accessories and solar flowers.

 

Closets By Design of Oxford will display custom home organizational systems for closets, pantries, garages and offices.

 

Klean Gutters Midwest of Howard City will display seamless gutters, gutter leaf guards and heated gutter protection that eliminates icing on eaves.

 

Renewal by Andersen of Livonia will display their replacement windows, doors and patio doors.

 

Atlas Home Improvement of Whitmore Lake will display bath and shower systems, gutter helmets and kitchen cabinet refacing.

 

Michigan Insurance & Financial Services of Utica will provide information on insuring secondary and seasonal homes, recreational vehicles and boats.

 

Allstate Home Leisure of Novi will display hot tubs and outdoor furniture.

 

Additional exhibits with displays, information and educational materials include lakefront cottage and homebuilders, new construction log, timber frame and cedar homes, realtors, financing, vacation property for sale or rent, rustic and fine furnishings, decor, shoreline and cottage landscaping, lakeshore maintenance and cottage services, boats, docks, decks, seawalls, outdoor recreational equipment, stand-up paddleboards and water toys.

 

Suburban Collection Showplace is located at 46100 Grand River Ave. between Novi and Beck Road in Novi, Mich. Cottage & Lakefront Living Show admission is $12 and includes admission to Outdoorama; $5 for children 6-14 and children 5 and under admitted free. Advance tickets online for Thurs. and Fri. are $10.
