Meet Pro Wakeboarders at the Action Water Sports Display
Bob Soven – Liquid Force Team Rider, MasterCraft Team Rider
Wakeboarding since he was two, Bob plays hard and competes harder. When he’s not pushing the boundaries on his wakeboard, Bob’s busy free diving 100’ deep with a spear gun in his hand, stalking game in the swamp with his bow, or firing up a crowd with his explosive personality. Bob can make you laugh even when he is being serious, has never eaten at a Red Lobster, and is a bona fide lover of the junkiest of junk country. We should all have more Bob in our lives.
Jake Pelot – Ronix Wakeboards Team Rider
Jake is not only a world famous shredder but he’s also one of the nicest people you’ll meet. He’s a local in Orlando and at Lake Ronix. His nickname is “Old Reliable” or “Jake from State Farm.” Cable, rails or boat, this dude does it all.
Trever Maur – Hyperlite Wakeboards Team Rider
Hyperlite pro Trever Maur is progressing the sport of wakeboarding right before our eyes. The son of stand-up PWC racers, Maur was born into a life on the water and started wakeboarding when he was 8. To call Trever Maur unconventional is a bit of an understatement. The path he’s carved out in wake is nothing short of his own and with his style and creativity, there’s no telling what Trever will come up with next.
