Twiggy the Waterskiing Squirrel

This internationally famous star will return to the Grand Rapids Boat Show! Come join Twiggy and her team for a family friendly, fun-filled, interactive show featuring Twiggy the Water-Skiing Squirrel! Learn all about water safety, water-skiing and what wild things Twiggy gets into at her lagoon.

Antique & Classic Boat Display

An impressive display of wooden boats, presented by the Water Wonderland Chapter of the Antique & Classic Boat Society, will once again be on display at the Boat Show. Members of the Water Wonderland Chapter will be on-hand to answer questions and share stories from days gone by.

Action Water Sports’ HO Sports Tube Truckload Sale

HO Sports will inflate every tube they make and offer the best values ever at the Tubers’ Truckload Sale at the Boat Show! Meet the professional designers of the tubes straight from the factory. It is a Lake Life Boutique! Come enjoy a lakeside atmosphere with live music and kids’ activities while you shop the pop-up shop of Tommy’s northern sister store located on beautiful Walloon Lake. Key West Crab Shack

Stop by the Key West Crab Shack while you’re at the Show to enjoy chef appetizers and exotic cocktails.

Tropical rock music from the Don Middlebrook Band will be playing at the Key West Crab Shack. The songs for beach, boat and island lovers will resonate through DeVos Place from the docks in the Ballroom.

Boating Safety Certification Course

Saturday, February 17 from 12pm – 5pm

Get your certification done in one day by the Kent County Sheriff Department’s Marine Division on Saturday at the Boat Show and be ready to hit the water this Summer! Typically these classes take multiple evenings. Here is your opportunity to get certified, and simply a smart thing to do!

There is no fee to attend the Boating Safety Class. Participants should gather in the main entrance lobby of DeVos Place and will be directed to the seminar room just before 12pm.

All attendees are invited to suit up and try it out each day of the Show!
