Q1) What is your favorite dessert?
A1) Ice cream or cheesecake.
Q2) What is your favorite ethnic cuisine (either to cook or dining out)?
A2) Dining in: summer comfort foods (pasta salad, grilling, beer, rose’); Dining out: French.
Q3) What is your signature dish for dinner parties?
A3) Usually bringing the rare beer, wine or spirits.
Q4) Baking or grilling?
A4) Grilling, but totally depends.
Q5) What is a perfect host / hostess beverage to give?
A5) Depends on the host and season: bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon you can never go wrong. Pinot Grigio / Rose’ for summer nights, rare microbrew or bourbon are good as well.
Q6) What is the “must have” in your pantry?
A6) Chips and salsa.
Q7) You can only have one of these items for the rest of your life…which do you choose: chocolate or cheese?

A11) Dining with family and friends is always preferred.
Q12) Other than tortilla chips, what do you use salsa for?
A12) Everything. In tacos/burritos, on my chicken and vegetables I eat every day I believe I’ve used some in a bloody mary before! For sure sausages, and breakfast items.
Q13) What is the most “exotic” food you’ve ever eaten?
Q14) What would you rather eat: fresh lobster on the pier in Maine, fresh shucked oysters in the Pacific Northwest or fresh crawfish on the Gulf in New Orleans?
A14) Fresh shucked oysters in the Pacific Northwest (if I can grill them with some garlic butter and hot sauce).
Q15) Which do you prefer: sparkling, tap or flavored water?

A16) Julie Julia.
Q17) Which celebrity chef would you most want to cook with?
Q18) Red, White, Rose or Sparkling?
A18) Lately Rose’ (all day). Fall/winter: Cab Sauv.
Q19) What “family recipe” will you pass down to your children (or a younger family member)?
A19) My mom’s meatloaf, made with sweet baby rays BBQ and red skin potatoes.
